NIKHIL DAMLE
Nikhil has 20+ years of work experience in banking, operations, and technology, having worked in CAO/COO roles at Morgan Stanley.
Nikhil is an internationally certified NLP trainer who brings a mix of varied disciplines such as Gestalt Therapy, Transactional Analysis, Landmark and ICF Coaching approaches along with his business experience, into any training or coaching engagement. He is an alumnus of Mumbai University and Kirloskar Institute of Advanced Management Studies.

Subha is a leadership and career growth coach, an entrepreneur, and a podcaster.
Subha started her career as a banking professional and was with Citibank NA for 15 years in Operations and Technology functions. She set up Rainkraft which is a firm that offers consulting, coaching and content solutions. Subha is an alumnus of BITS Pilani and XLRI, Jamshedpur, and an ICF certified ACC coach.

Lushoo is an independent talent management professional with 19+ years of experience in leadership and organizational development.
She has a Masters in Applied Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Mumbai University. She is a Certified Coach from Erickson and accredited in psychometric tools like Hogan’s, Harrison’s, 15FQ, FIRO-B and FIRO-Business. She is certified in Gestalt Psychology and REBT. She uses live-sketching and graphic facilitation in workshops & programs.

Misha runs her own marketing communication agency, is a podcaster and a communications specialist.
She is an internationally certified NLP Trainer, an ICF certified PCC coach, a Marshall Goldsmith Stakeholder Centred Coach, and a Prosci Certified Change Practitioner. She was a press and communication officer at the British High Commission and a senior trade and investment advisor for UK oil and gas companies looking to grow in India. She is an alumnus of Delhi University and IMT Ghaziabad.

Maria brings more than 15 years of retail banking experience across functions such as relationship management, banking operations, grievance redressal, and learning and development.
She has worked at Axis Bank, HDFC Bank, ICICI Bank, Kotak Mahindra Bank and Teleperformance. She is an MBA from Shri Mata Vaishno Devi University and an internationally Certified Trainer in Neuro Linguistic Programming (INLPTA).
