Iridium β A Higher Standard for NLP Training and Practice
How would you feel if we gave you a book with detailed instructions on how to bake a cake, and then sent you to come back with a well-baked cake based on the knowledge from the book.
Wouldnβt that be odd?
A newbie to baking will gain different proficiency while baking their first cake, as opposed to their 50th cake.
Like baking, NLP is a doing discipline. It is best learnt through demonstration, practice, and continuous refinement.
At Iridium, we follow the stringent standards in learning competence levels set forth by the International NLP Trainers Association (INLPTA):
- A1 (knowing): Knowing how to recite the learning content
- A2 (understanding): Being able to explain in your own words
- B1 B2 (applying): Applying practically using what has been learned
- C1 (mastering): Being able to use what you have learned flexible
- C2 (pioneering): Invent new applications
Typical NLP courses equip you only with A1 or A2 learning competence level. In our view, this doesnβt serve the purpose.
Which is why, all our courses are designed to equip you with B-level or higher, so that NLP is in your bones and muscles, not just words printed on a certificate.

I feel very lucky and privileged to have attended the NLP Foundation Course by Nikhil Damle. I stumbled upon his course over LinkedIn and then had a one-on-one conversation for an hour. I vividly remember the initial days of attending the course 2 years ago with the daily evening Zoom calls followed by weekly Zoom calls and innumerable need-based one-on-one sessions. The sessions were very intriguing and thought-provoking. I got an opportunity to explore the various choices I had in various facets of life. Interactions with other participants in the practice sessions unlocked newer dimensions to my areas of concern. All of this made the learning more meaningful. As a coach, Nikhil was available to his students for a quick/lengthy connect over WhatsApp/ phone / Zoom call.
I made the best use of it and reached out to him for career-related concerns. He helped me crack the issue in the NLP way and as a result, I made some major decisions and landed myself in a forward-looking corporate career path. When I look at the current position that I’m in, I really feel proud of myself. And it was only the beginning of many other life choices I made over the last 2 years. Today, I feel I have risen like a phoenix in several dormant aspects of my life.
Here comes the best part of the journey. NLP: A concept that came into my space this year, at first it showed up here and there, and later it was all over! So, when a friend of mine from college shared Nikhil’s NLP course details, I jumped at the opportunity. I came in with enthusiasm to learn the concepts and to learn to use them to better myself and also to learn how I can apply them in my work as a content writer and a startup founder.
I really liked the practical and practice-oriented approach that Nikhil designed for us.
